Ocean's started at #11, did 12 and 13 and then 8.

Now the Apollo film series did 13 and now 11.

When is Ocean's and Apollo going to complete their series?
How could you forget the Airport franchise?

Airport then straight to Airport 75? Then Airport 77?

What the hell happened to Airports 2-74? And 76?

Well we're missing a bunch of half movies in the naked gun franchise.

Apollo 8 on the other hand is a riveting story. It’s overshadowed by Apollo 11, but it was the first manned trip to lunar orbit. It’s the source of earthrise.

Ya, I think it was PBS that recently had a documentary on Apolo 8. It was really interesting.

Hell, I'm still wondering about Leonard Parts 1-5.

Unbelievable disrespect to the memory of Han. Rest in power.

It's best to think of F&F plot in the same way you think of WWE plot -- anything can happen, it's all ridiculous, and it's just a flimsy cover-up for the spectacle.

Like, is Han really dead? Really? This series has brought back main characters from the grave before (Letty).

It was a street racing series -- a series that didn't sell very many tickets and was very likely close to never seeing another installment after the third one bombed. It wasn't until they changed it to a heist/action movie (and later full on action movies) that it took off. Can't blame them for going with what works.

I just want a good street racing series. That they struggled before they pulled a Saints Row on us with the series doesn't mean it couldn't be a success if done right.

The first one was still Point Break with cars though. It's never really been a "street racing" series.

That genie...

They would’ve been better off making him all CGI with no human template. Just model it after the animated version and use Robin Williams’ dialogue.
