Ducks down 3-0 to Flyers 12 min in.
Scary poor play by Anaheim.

Its hard to believe Bob Murray will go much longer with Carlyle.
They are as bad the last 6 weeks as any team has been in 15 or 20 years.
Just abysmal and showing no signs of it changing anytime soon.

2 wins in their last 21 games should they lose today.

Would be a fitting hockey day in Canada to see more laundry on the ice in Edmonton. I hope it's the Sharks by 5 or more. Pity it wouldn't be a national game as Cbc is pulling out and dusting off all the old footage of the last playoff series between the Habs and Leafs from 1979 and hyping it big time as happening again potentially.
I hope for that Tor Mtl first round series becuase it means probably better scheduling for the Flames without having these two teams have their own seperate eastern series that Cbc bases everyone else around. And, it means one of them is out for the second round.

John Gibson is listed as a scratch for today’s game. Is he nursing an injury or is it something else?

Anaheim's performance seems like the perfect example of when a team has turned on the coach. Is this what's happening?

Jesus Dzingel is awesome. Too bad he isn't on the Flames.

They haven't just quit on the coaches, they have quit on themselves.
Embarrassing really.

Dzingel has had a very good period. I hope Flames try to acquire him, if he is made available.

Gibson was carrying them on his back. The shots would be 35-13 and they're tied 1-1.
It kept them competitive for a while, but eventually that will catch up to you, and it finally did. Now, with Gibson hurt, they are down 3 or 4 nothing before they know it.
Now they know they have no chance every night. And no matter who you are, that saps the life of of you.
2-14-4 in their last 20, soon to be 2-15-4. There's bad, and then there's bad.
They are probably going to do OTT a huge favour and finish below them.
