The hats all of the guys are wearing came from the hats tossed on the ice for Germyn's hat trick.

Bidders wanted the guys to toss the hat into the deal, but none of them would! Pretty funny....especially when Roofie made some comment about head lice....

What a great game and a great night all around! After a lackluster first period, they really turned it on in the second period and pretty much stomped Peoria. Germyn's birthday hat trick was icing on the cake. And it was a good-sized crowd to boot.

QCOnline said it was the second biggest crowd after the opener.

Everything came together: Decent weather, Friday night, $5 upper bowl tickets, $1 tickets for Genesis employees, the Jersey Auction afterwards...

The crowd was so much more into it than the last game I went to.

I would still like more pics of the fans inside the arena, like on the concourse, parking lot, in the stands, etc. There's plenty of on ice shots, but us fans in Calgary never get to see what the atmosphere is like, what the arena insides look like, what the QC fans look like, etc.
