Jon Gillies has been voted 3rd best prospect in three of the last five years and he's played 12 NHL games.

I'm fine with goalies just not being included in the prospect rankings at all, given how often Joni Ortio appears in the top 10.

Hell no I’m not voting Mattson. I bet there’s a better chance the Russians come over than him signing with us. Going with the Russian who’s been here before

You can tell that a quite a few players were released or graduated because there are not many big dropper this summer. Three players dropped 2 spots. Parsons, Gillies and Healy.

This makes sense since there are 4 fewer prospects in the poll this year compared to last year. This also helps explain why there are lots of big risers.

No doubt.

At least the Flames would potentially want to sign Karmaukhov or Rafikov. Mattson will never even be looked at for an NHL contract.

Easily both of the Russians before Mattson here based on pure talent alone.

Rafikov. Even though they are Russians, I still am voting for the better players in our prospect pool.
