Yes. What ever team he may get traded to is my second favorite team instantly.

He could have took a discount to stay and he even says now if he could go back he would have.

I HOPE he goes and wins somewhere. Nothing sadder than the tag "best player to never win the big one". He deserves better.
The ulterior motive is we will get something in return. I want to avoid the Sundin scenario at all costs. He stays, screws over the team and then retires. That set their rebuild back. Would not want that here. Frankly, same for Kipper. Love them both and will cheer for them wherever they go, except Wankouver.

I actually think I'm going to stop supporting him if he stays on the Flames....

if he stays until July and then leaves, no.
if he agrees to move at the deadline, yes
if he remains a Flame, definitely

Won't be buying some other teams merchandise, but absolutely I'll be cheering him on as long as he is not playing against the Flames or playing for the dirty Canucks.
Honestly seeing Iginla win the cup would be the next best thing to the Flames winning it.

I would absolutely follow and cheer for Iggy if he was traded, with the exception of Van, Edm or Tor. Would really love to see him win the cup in Pittsburgh though if it's not going to be with the Flames.

I'd love to keep Iggy and get the number one draft pick, but if trading Iggy gets a couple or at least one blue chip prospect it is win win for both sides. I'd be happy for Iggy but if he played for the Leafs Oilers Jets or Nucks, then no. I cheered on Gilmour his first year as a Leaf, but after that I really was bummed about the trade.

100%. He's my all-time favorite hockey player and has done so much for the city of Calgary and the team, why wouldn't i?

Of course I will. I wouldn't buy a jersey for another team with his name on it, but I will certainly follow his career and cheer for him. Nothing would make me happier than to see him hoisting the cup almost regardless of the team.
He deserves a cup.

If he gets traded, 100%. If he Sundins us and walks this summer for nothing, I will probably hold a grudge for a few years.

Easily yes.
Best Case Scenario = gets traded, bringing in valuable assets and proceeds to sign back with Flames as UFA.
Easier question would be which CPers would actually not support Iggy.

I'll cheer for him. Hell, if he goes to the Flyers I might even buy his jersey.

As long as it's not to the Canucks or Oilers I'll buy a jersey and cheer for that team in the playoffs and any time they're not playing the Flames.
