The Yankee girls are pushing really hard from the start. They look to have more fire than the Canadians right now.

I'm surprised the stadium is so empty for this game.

Keep in mind most spectators are concentrated in the middle. Not going to be a lot of people at the ends.

Body checking is a penalty in IIHF women's hockey, though it would be nice if just for this game the refs put the whistle away and let these two rivals go at it.
