Default Client Management Software/System

Hello braintrust.

I am attempting to find some software that could be used for client management and scheduling.

Essentially we have a large database of Oil and Gas clients who have yearly/quarterly/monthly scheduling (for our services) and I was hoping someone might have experience with this type of system.

The clients have multiple locations and services we provide them that need to be tracked along with the scheduling as well as a database of contacts for each client that needs to be constantly updated. The client does not have access to the system, it is used in house only.

I would like like to have that be able to push notifications to our management/technical team on upcoming client requirements, scheduled activities, etc.

Thats the basis of what I need. Am I crazy that something like this should exist? What is it called? Anything that pushes me in the right direction would be very appreciated!

I could do this all on spreadsheet, but I feel like someone has made this easier!

It does exist, I would need more detail, but it sounds like its along the line of what we do.

If you want to chat, PM me, at the worst I can guide you a bit on the way.

there's software like gainsight, pedo (spelling?!?), etc, that i have come across but it's more for SAAS clients, though i don't know if it would function in other domains, though , i would imagine there are probably similar solutions for those....

Look at Pipedrive too. Its more sales, but is also quite robust

I would second Pipedrive. I use it for sales but it is really easy to customize and pretty cheap.

Hey wastedyouth, are you referring to a CRM (Customer Realationship Management) database? The leaders right now in this space are Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. There is an open source CRM called vtiger, which is free, but you can purchase add-ons, making it more powerful than the two I just mentioned. Good luck!

I've used prosperworks in the past. I think Google bought it? It integrated with calendars and Gmail quite easily and it's pretty cheap depending on the package.

How about a series of multi-coloured post-it notes?
