Based on the parks weighting, I can only assume Castleridge placed 9 spots higher than Falconridge because it backs onto Westwinds park. lol to coral Springs and Saddle Ridge, placing lower than the "crappy" parts of this section of the NE

Same with Edgemont at 10 and Hawkwood at 108. They're right next to each other, I grew up in Hawkwood and had lots of friends in Edgemont. They're pretty much the same neighborhood.

Edgemont has some way better houses than Hawkwood, though. I don't think they're really the same. Edgemont is about 8 minutes east toward downtown, too.

I live in West Hillhurst and work around Varsity and Brentwood. Not a chance I would swap places to live in those communities, based on my own criteria.

At the end of the day, we already have a very good, well established way of ranking "best" - property values.

If an area is more "best" to more people, the values will be higher.
