Got a heat pump and had to upgrade our upstairs thermostat from the Lite version to the Enhanced because it couldnt support both the heat pump and NG Furnace.
This is the Ecobee3 Lite I purchased in 2018. Difference between it and the other versions is that it can only heat or cool, cant run aux things like a humidifier or HRV and doesn't have an occupancy sensor.
I'll throw in the power extender kit and faceplate that came with my Enhanced if you need them.
