Something is off with this team. They are not playing smart.

Pretty poor effort last two games. Talbot did them no favours but they generated next to nothing tonight.

Tkachuk needs a kick in the butt, maybe he can buy a machine with all that money the Flames gave him. Used all his energy against Doughty.
Better line mates may help, not Frolik who has one foot out the door and Backlund, who’s game seems more about self preservation first and foremost.

He stopped a breakaway that kept them in the game. He didn't really have to make a bunch of big saves like Rittich has had to but none of the goals were his fault either.
