Buck and Tabler on the Orioles: "They're to good a team to scuffle for long"

Reality on the Orioles: They're the garbage birds of the ALE.

Seriously, can't Rogers do any better then these two?

Yep, I was not too happy when they re-signed him. Now that contract looks awesome, lol. I'll happily admit my mistake on that one.

How bad is that Chris Davies contract? You knew it was going to be a disaster the minute he signed it.

Sucks they missed the sweep, but 3 straight series wins is very good.

Agreed...tough/hard slide by Austin over 2B but I like that kind of running. Also have no issue with the response by NYY and plunking him. Tit for tat. #code

Basebrawls are the best to me.

You have guys that need to run 100 yards to even join in, guys on the field who immediately start looking to just grab one of the other guys coming out of the dugout, and then the main combatants. Last nights was great because the Yankee guy started out like he was "all that", threatening the pitcher and the pitcher gives him the old "lets do this thing". Punches thrown, few landed, lots of wrestling and all because the response to the spiking was completely appropriate and expected.

Awesome stuff.

Baseball also brought one of the best brawls I've ever seen in a non-fighting related sport. Old man Nolan Ryan non-chalantly pummels tough guy Robin Ventura:

You know that Ryan is telling Ventura "I'll straighten you out, you little prick."

No official announcement yet, but Teoscar Hernandez is with the Jays and could be in the lineup tonight.
