Really why not.
Get one early there and it's 4-2 and suddenly that's not that insurmountable with 3 minutes left.
They don't determine the winner of the series by goal differential after 7 games so really it's not like the empty net goal against really hurts you either.

Looking back at last series, they lost to the Rangers 5-1 in game 1 and 2 at home. But they stormed back and winning game 3 2-1 and game 4 3-1 to even the series. I think they'll come back stronger in game 2 this series.

The first game was not on Sportsnet West. It was only on Sportsnet East, Ontario and Pacific.
