As a fan of Juventus and Spurs this hasn't been a great draw for my teams - but at least I'll get some entertaining matches.

Group A: Benfica, Manchester United, Basel
Group B: Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Anderlecht
Group C: Chelsea, Atletico Madrid, Roma
Group D: Juventus, Barcelona, Olympiakos
Group E: Spartak Moscow, Sevilla, Liverpool
Group F: Shakhtar Donetsk, Manchester City, Napoli
Group G: Monaco, Porto, Besiktas
Group H: Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham

Groups B, C, D, H look to be the toughest.

Groups E & G the weakest by far, especially with Monaco potentially losing some players still.

The draw isn't even done yet, and it already seems like a great one.

Well, we've got a lot of vested interests with 5 English teams and Bayern Munich.

These draws are fantastic. It'll be a lot of fun watching Dortmund top group H

What are you talking about? Someone finally came in and kicked Barca in the teeth! We should all be going out and buying 'Neymar' shirts.

Anyone who bullies the Spanish is fine in my books. Even if its the French.

Goal of the CL is for those glorious European nights

Real Madrid at Wembley with bale playing will be awesome

Even if it's a tougher group they have every chance to progress and 4 games vs Madrid and dortmund so much more preferable to Spartak Moscow etc.

Couldn't be happier

Ugh, is it going to be Sporting in H again this year? Almost the same group as last year if that's the case.

edit: No! It's not.

So Chelsea and Spurs finish 1-2 in the PL last year, but Liverpool, United and City with much easier groups. Seems fair.

Oh wow, I rarely say this but Liverpool got a sweetheart draw.

Obviously Seville are tough but Spartak and Maribor? We got lucky.

ah really hoped for Leipzig or Celtic from pot 4. Would have liked to avoid yet another Russia trip, but oh well. Can't complain ... Benfica-Basel-CSKA is "easy" in comparison.

Final Groups

Group A: Benfica, Manchester United, Basel, CSKA Moscow
Group B: Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Anderlecht, Celtic
Group C: Chelsea, Atletico Madrid, Roma, Quarabag
Group D: Juventus, Barcelona, Olympiakos, Sporting Lisbon
Group E: Spartak Moscow, Sevilla, Liverpool, Maribor
Group F: Shakhtar Donetsk, Manchester City, Napoli, Feyenoord
Group G: Monaco, Porto, Besiktas, RB Leipzig
Group H: Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Tottenham, Apoel

Going to be some real good matches in the group stages. Feel like Liverpool, City, and United should be able to make it out of their groups. Chelsea & Tottenham will have a tougher time.

As a fan of the Italian league as well. Juventus is in tough with Barcelona, but should be able to proceed comfortably still. Roma is in what looks like a pretty tough group but could surprise if Chelsea & AM don't find last years form. Napoli actually got a good draw for them IMO, avoided any of the real tough Pot 1 teams, and feel like their attack could give City's defense fits on the counter.

We've had more than our fair share of tough draws and quit your whinging, Spurs get to host Real Madrid and Dortmund at Wembley....and APOEL Nicosia...which I am unfamiliar with.
