Iginla to LA isn't a bad fit but they might be in tough to even make the playoffs. I really hope he gets one more good playoff run. Would be tough to see him ride out the season in Colorado and be done.

LA's chances at the playoffs took a huge hit last night. Maybe this is why the deal hasn't happened? Maybe Iginla is waiting for another team to show interest as the deadline nears?

As a fan of Iginla I'd love to see him land in San Jose.
Watching Thornton, Marleau and Iginla go for their first cups together would be a treat, especially if they the Sharks makes some noise in the post season.

In all seriousness isn't LA the only team in the mix for Iginla that ISN'T in a play off spot?
Doesn't make sense Iginla would choose to risk it like that for a chance to win the cup.

As another poster pointed out, St Louis plays AZ three times and COL four times before the season is done. That is the definition of a soft schedule.
