Not entirely. Much of the book has been released. It was not allowed to be shown to the jurors in making their decision because it “could’ve been altered” as well as hearsay - ie it’s impossible to show a consistent evidentiary procedure was followed since seized (and likely before )

NEW YORK — Ghislaine Maxwell could file for a mistrial after one of the jurors in her sex-trafficking trial revealed he was a victim of childhood sexual abuse, legal experts told The Daily Telegraph.
Speaking for the first time since Maxwell was found guilty of enticing minors to be abused, a juror described himself as a survivor of sexual abuse and indicated that this had informed his decision.


If it was not disclosed in the questionnaire jurors were made to fill out before selection, this “could definitely be an issue”, said Moira Penza, a former federal prosecutor in New York. “I certainly hope the juror disclosed this fully on his questionnaire. A little strange the defence didn’t strike him.
“In the first instance it would likely form the basis for a motion… for a new trial,” she said.
Question 48 in the questionnaire asks: “Have you or a friend or family member ever been the victim of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, or sexual assault? (This includes actual or attempted sexual assault or other unwanted sexual advance, including by a stranger, acquaintance, supervisor, teacher, or family member.)”

Questions 48b adds: “If your answer to 48 was yes, do you believe that this would affect your ability to serve fairly and impartially as a juror in this case?”
A source close to the Maxwell family described the interview as “very interesting”. They have already declared their intention to appeal but have not laid out their legal grounds. A judge may declare a mistrial in a criminal case for several reasons, including lack of jurisdiction and incorrect jury selection, a new trial may then be heard.

I understand it's partially our fault as society for allowing the media circus giving way to jurors who believe they can somehow piggy back off that fame or want to be involved, but that's two huge cases now where the verdict could be at an increased risk because of jurors lying on their questionnaires, allegedly.

Chauvin and the juror who lied about his attending of police protests and now this.

Sucks as I would normally want to support a sexual abuse survivor (and BLM supporter in the case of Chauvin), and I certainly wouldn't want to make potential jurors fear being selected, but I really wish these people faced severe consequences, if allegation is true of course.

1,3,4 and 5 have seriously low maximum penalties considering the magnitude of the offence.

So, the good news is that the minimums are much different now.

The issue is that the crimes were alleged to have occurred between 1994 and onwards.

So 1, 3, 5 are counts charged under 18 U.S. Code § 371 - Conspiracy to commit offense or to defraud United States. The charge isn't particular to the actual offense (if the offense is a felony)

If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Count 4 is under 2423. Assuming BBC is correct and ten years is the maximum, that's likely because the defense argued it fell under an old reading. Below is the 1986 version. (All I have is the grand jury inducement available which said 2423(a) which didn't exist until more recently).

A person who travels in interstate commerce or travels into the United States, or a United States citizen or an alien admitted for permanent residence in the United States who travels in foreign commerce, with a motivating purpose of engaging in any illicit sexual conduct with another person shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 30 years, or both.

(e)Attempt and Conspiracy.—
Whoever attempts or conspires to violate subsection (a), (b), (c), or (d) shall be punishable in the same manner as a completed violation of that subsection.

Count 1 would have a maximum of 30, count 3 would have a minimum of 10 years with no maximum as section (e) was added to explicitly deal with conspiracy. And of course 4 would be the same as 3.

Looks like a new trial is extremely likely.
