20-25-45 point player with Arizona as a 20 year old to fighting for a one-way contract in the NHL 3 years later.

Maybe the wake up call he needs. I think Columbus will be a decent fit.

Are the Habs really in a position to be playing hard ball? Yikes, huge missed opportunity there I feel. It is a free asset.

He's historically played well with Domi, too. Really huge missed opportunity.

That should be a good fit for him. Torts will give him an earful whenever he doesn't do what he is supposed to.
I am glad that the Flames didn't take a chance on him. Talented kid with a 20 goal season under his belt, with a tonne of speed that should fit into today's game... but is on his 4th NHL team at the age of 22. Will be interesting to see if Torts gets this kid steered in the right direction. If not, the KHL may be his next stop. I figure he has another season or two left in the NHL at best if he continues the way he has been.

They really don’t need wingers is the thing.
But then again Bergevin probably would play at center

Bergevin's too old and he was a defenceman.

Low risk signing. Torts isn't the type to be kind to players with attitude issues so this could be a good thing for him if he wants to get back on track.

Nailed it.
Mismanaged talent that will benefit from a change in scenery.

Does Duclair actually have attitude issues? I probably missed something here but I haven’t heard anything about that.

It's crazy to see how quickly he has bounced around the league already. Blue Jackets are a good fit though, with Tortorella at the helm.
