What would you guess you could rent this place out for? It looks like a good unit. If you want to wait until the conditions are removed I'm in no hurry.

Actually it was in the range of roughly 1200-1300. My guess the rent in that area will start to go up gradually as that hospital comes online. Lots of interested parties looking to rent depending on medical/support staff to families wanting to be nearby to help each other.
