Default Timepiece Watch thread. All watches, all the time!

I've become quite a watch enthusiast lately since getting a gift from my uncle. Just out of curiosity, what kind of watches do you guys own. Also, what kind of watches do you guys wish you could own?

Own (I wear this one regularly):

Wish I owned:

I don't wear watches. I just carry around a medium sized clock with me whereever I go

Just kidding. No pics, but I wear a DKNY watch as well as an Esquire watch

I would love to be able to afford a Rolex

I have a Fossil, which is the most durable watched I've ever owned. I used to break all my old watches but I've had this one for years and its still going.

I don't understand the excitement of a $10K watch over a $100 watch. Maybe one of you guys can enlighten me.

Mine has to be functional and tough; as well as having a good light on it. I'm always wearing it; even under water.

I like it because the band is made of titanium and the design of the watch is very unique. I have not seen another watch that looks like it. I would normally wear any watch that catches my eye, but it just so happens that the watch I like happens to be the most expensive.

Also, Automatic movement watches are usually more expensive. It's rare to find one lower than $500.

hahaha

I had a buddy who used to show his watch all the time in Australia.....it involved wrapping your member over your wrist and asking nearby ladies if they liked your new watch.

Other than that,

Currently have this

but waiting for this

I has a Caravelle that I received when I graduated high school (family tradition). It was stolen a few months ago. I currently have a Sierra Quartz watch my wife gave me for our anniversary a few years ago.

I like looking at watches, and have seen a few really nice aviator watches around the net, but they all looked really expensive. What are good places in town to check out watches?

Here's my current watch..the Tommy Hilfiger Sea Wind..nothing special, but I'm not much of a watch-wearer so anything I can keep on is good enough for me!

That Rotolog is pretty wild!

My watch:

Accoring to the specs I found on amazon the band is supposedly rubber, but that is not so, it is all metal.

I'm just rocking a plain old Timex Expedition Analogue/Digital combo. It's nice to be able to have an alarm with the analogue face. Sure, I'd love to have an expensive watch but I'd probably end up wrecking it as I'm not as careful as I should be.

I usually wear watches for a good 6-7 years. I saw a Tag Heuer Link for 1/2 off at a store in Vancouver (10% is usually all you get) which is pretty much cost from Tag. I splurged for it and love it. It's purely a cosmetic thing I admit - a $20 Timex will tell time just as well.

I have this

Thought about getting the Rotolog, but decided to go thinner and cheaper. I had a cuff watch forever, and thought it was time for a change.

Hulk that is a fine looking watch. I have problems wearing anything with a metalic band - irritates my skin too much and therefore limits my choices.

I'm embarassed to admit I've been wearing a Coke watch for about 10 years now. Its lasted an incredible length of time considering it was a giveaway.

I need a new watch.
