I don't mind their soups at Tims. The price is a bit high for the amount of soup you get though.

The issue with the complaints about Tims people don't seem to be comparing like to like. Tim's lunch is in the Subway/Quizno's/Mr. Sub category of fast, cheap sandwich places. If people don't like fast, cheap sandwich places, then fair enough. But calling out Tim's in particular for that is like calling Wendy's garbage when you also hate McDonald's, A&W, and Burger King.

Of course there are better places to get lunch than Tim frickin' Horton's. Just as there are better places to get a hamburger than Wendy's. But if you're talking fast, cheap, and widely available, then the fact that Lena's makes a far better lunch than Tim Hortons isn't relevant.

I hate Tim's because their food is ####ty and I don't generally give a #### about coffee. Well that and their nauseating Canadiana, faux-patriotic commercials.

I am far from a coffee snob (looking at you latte sippers!!) but Tim Hortons coffee makes me want to die. It just eviscerates my insides.

It has to be manufactured by the Krusty-O Corporation.

"You mean the coffee bean?"

"No, think smaller, with more legs."

The greatest thing Tim Hortons does is piss off the anti-capitalist and anti-globalization set. You usually can't even find two consecutive comments on a /r/Canada thread where someone isn't whining about Tims being Brazillian - even though both Tim Hortons and its direct parent company are headquartered and operated out of Oakville.

One fix and I agree with your post.
