I think there are a few factors.
1. Europeans don't waste that much time rolling around. We'll see how much time they add on in the Copa America which starts tonight.
2. More competent refs, less VAR needed and even VAR decisions are fast. I watched the Asian Cup proper and U23 and it was painful, 15-20 minutes added time.

In fairness that was a beautiful header. He got power and precision on it! Sure. He slammed the hell out of it into his own net, but you can appreciate the form.

Classic "that was an ass-kicking everywhere but the scoreboard" match, Donnarumma was amazing to keep it respectable. Wouldn't be at all disappointed if we got a Germany-Spain final.

That was Spaletti being a bit arrogant.
He was talking yesterday about how they couldn't change their game against Spain, and needed to play their game, etc.
Which he isn't completely wrong.
But playing a 4-3-3 with this roster against Spain was always going to leave them stretched in the middle of the field and without cover and pace on the wings (especially with Chiesa and Pellegrini as your attacking wingers).

Yeah. It was kind of fun, but thats not an ideal result for anyone.
