I can’t believe what we just witnessed.

I’m shocked. Loss for words.

Well that they weren't rushing him out I hope is a good thing and a sign he's breathing on his own.

oh man, that was very scary stuff... reminded me of the detroit defenseman that collapsed on the bench or the Florida college BB player that collapsed recently.

don't think i ever saw TJ's incident, but when a player goes down for no reason, it is really really scary to see.

Hope he is ok...

Wow. Haven't seen it. Went for a walk at about the 30 minute mark.

That pic is going viral. If it’s fake then whoever did that is a real piece of ####.

I choose to stay positive and hoping for the best.

Weird that there's no information at all.

You'd think they'd have at least given the generic "the player is being transferred to the hospital in stable/critical condition".

He is at least being transferred to the hospital, so that's something.

Our Danish family was uniformed up for the game and having a beautiful day.

I’m just at a loss for words.

Getty now has it in their official images and the Reuters photog on scene said he was conscious. Medical personnel did incredible work to bring the situation under control, major props to them.

I don’t know if he’s OK but it certainly seems better than 30 minutes ago.

Hells bells. That brought back bad memories. That happened to me last October while playing ball hockey at work. Fortunately for me, the guys knew CPR. I think it was CPR for 12 minutes until the paramedics showed up, then three zaps of the AED. I remember showing up to set the game up and I remember coming to my senses in the cardiac ward at Foothills. I don't remember anything in between.

Over 90% of an artery was blocked and the plaque ruptured and that was that. The cardiologist said that the sports where there is lots of stopping and starting can trigger the event. Basically, I had a bomb in my chest and that type of physical activity is the trigger. I had no known heart issues.

This is one of those things I think about when they talk about who is "in a risk group" for something.

Tons of people walk around with health issues they know nothing about.

Modern medicine is pretty great though.
