Hope Hernandez is gonna live there, looks like he took a shot from prime Mike Tyson with his reaction.

Rolling around on the ground like that should be an instant red card.

Embarrassing.

wtf was Rüdiger doing with Pogba there ...

Kante is such a beast, he's everywhere once again. What a player.

Pogba was pointing towards his back.

France way too passive. No idea why Deschamps is so conservative all the time with all this talent available to him.

Germany stealing a draw now would be hilarious.

Germany were better than I had expected. Still think they'll lose to Portugal too and crash out early, but I thought France would take them behind the woodshed.

France have a very good defense, Kante in front to clean everything up, and Mbappe ready to hit on the counter. They are just a very, very difficult matchup for anyone.

Also haven't seen much of Sane recently, but he was awful when he came on. Looked like a world beater a few years ago, big falloff it appears.

Think France were playing pretty cautious too this being their opener and Germany dangerous in name only. France will destroy Hungary which will be a warmup for Portugal.

I didn't find Portugal to look that great today. I think Hungary's offside goal was a blow to them and they collapsed after that.

A 1-0 loss to France isn’t the worst result but like many others I really don’t have many expectations for the Germans this time around.

Portugal dominated time of possession, and had some good chances in the first half. If Ronaldo buries that golden opportunity at the end of the half, things may have opened up a bit and the score may have gotten out of hand a lot sooner. I like Portugal's chances of getting out of the group.

I would hope they dominate possession against Hungary.

Im not saying they won't get out of the group. They will likely have all three survive

Austria will be without forward Marko Arnautovic for Thursday's Euro 2020 Group C match against Netherlands after he was handed a one-match ban by UEFA.

An investigation was opened by UEFA after Arnautovic's angry goal celebration in Austria's opening win over North Macedonia after coming on as a substitute on Sunday.

If God really wants us to have an all-time comedy show, a Morata-Werner-Ramsey front line would probably be as good as it gets. Who can waste the bigger chance? Stay tuned...
