Precisely, not worried about the Preds at this point, it's the Knights or Kings we're going to catch

I would prefer to have as many teams in striking distance as possible.

Thank goodness NJ held onto Mercer and his 0-0-0 and -1 in 14:41.

Clearly the straw that stirs the Devil's drink.

Brutal goal that broke the tie early in third.

The Penguins continue to spiral downwards as the Bruins beat them 5-1. It was scoreless after twenty minutes and then the Bruins took control by scoring three goals in the second period. Ullmark was in net and was the first star as he made 38 saves. Pastrnak scored his 40th goal of the season.

What a terrible schedule set up by Sportsnet for HNIC with a pair of duds at 1700h. The Flames and/or Oilers game could have been played later, same with the Senators-Sharks game. That should be at 2000h. I know that the Sharks and Sabres broadcasters are not happy with the early starts. It does not make sense as Sportsnet usually has three games at 1700h.

Very pretty goal by the Habs less than a minute into the game

Looks like Tortorella told the refs he wasn't leaving the game after they motioned to him to, "Go!". I wonder if he'll still come out for the post-game presser?

Kelly making a big deal about poor Skinner having to come back out. No mention of the Sabres goalie doing the same.

Lol. They lost the game and were suddenly gifted a free do-over by the league, including their poor, tired goaltender. Oilers are just so hard done by. The adversity must be overwhelming.
