Posting several times on each page comes across as "emotion fuelled opinions". You made yours. I don't even think anyone is really disagreeing with you being "correct". The courts agreed, so yes they found it "justifiable".

The main issue here is how it was handled from the beginning. To which I have to say: if that was the proper way to control that situation, that is a horrifying reality. This wasn't Protecting or Serving.

Was Brailsford fired purely for his gun customization and/or separate performance issues or was he fired due to his handling of the situation?

Seems odd the Mesa police department would deem his actions unacceptable, and yet he's non guilty in the court of law.

Daniel Shaver deserves better justice. Very sad.
