I'd change it to something without my real name in it, to get back a little bit of that anonymity. Sometimes I slip up, but this is a public social media forum and I really have to be careful what I post, especially when it relates to my employer.

Meh....pseudo-anonymity isnt all its cracked up to be anyways.
As for your employer...as long you dont commit an intermediate to major felony you're probably alright. You might even get a paid vacation out of the deal.
