Ya, it's certainly an interesting sport. Canada currently down by 1 in the 8th end.

It is very weird but pretty entertaining to watch. Big swings happen often it seems.

Yay the Olympics have stated!

Mixed curling is weird and seems like an unnecessary change to the sport. What is wrong with having teams with 2 men and 2 women playing under regular rules?

To expand the game to other countries. Some countries could never fund 2 women and 2 men. A mixed World Championship could have 40 teams.

This story about Mark McMorris is crazy. I can’t believe he’s able to compete at these Olympics with what his body went through.

Ya, this is pretty remarkable. Hopefully this is available online at the CBC website after it's done on tv because it's a great story.

I went to CBC Olympics and watched Korea vs Finland.

You can tell the Koreans are taught by Canadians.

"lines good.....(something in Korean).....heavy....(something in Korean)..... WHOOOOAAAAAA .... good shot."

Curling arena so much nicer than the one they used for the 2010 games. Although those aluminum bleachers sure made great noisemakers!

USA's mixed curling team definitely looks American.

Something the same but with slight modifications it becomes more entertaining and faster. (I’m an avid curler, same leagues for 21yrs, and I’m hoping this expands to local rinks)

It’s like what they did to speed skating with short track.
