LF: Retaining wall installer

I have the area dug out previously and have the retaining wall bricks, I just am not overly confident in the pouring of the cement footing pad and doing all the work myself. So I figured I'd ask if anyone has recommendations for a good installer that can get this one done quick.

It's about a 40 foot span, with 13 feet worth being a three foot high section and it tapering up to ground height the rest of the way.
