Tales of the Jedi is releasing on Oct 26. I'm looking forward to more Clone Wars and Pre Clone Wars adventures that feature a younger Dooku, and also Ashoka's origins and early adventures as a Jedi Padawan and Youngling.

3 eps in .. wow, is this even star wars? Hard to believe it's in the universe as the other shows . With respect to them there is a greater level of detail in this show. The world building is better too , doesn't just feel like small sets in front of a backdrop . Dialogue is way above anything on D+ yet. Most of all they have created a story that feels worth telling . I'm not sure book of boba fett needed to be a thing seeing as it abandoned the title character half way in
Another solid episode this week. I'm loving the slow burn nature of the plot, and the acting and writing have both been terrific so far.
On a related note, the show's creator/co-writer Tony Gilroy was on Marc Maron's podcast this week and they chatted about the making of this series and how much he's enjoying getting to play around in the SW universe. I had forgotten that he had also written the screenplay for Rogue One among other awesome movies (Michael Clayton, The Bourne series, State of Play, etc..) This show is in good hands.
Did anyone else notices the color of the milk in the cereal.
They very clearly framed that first shot.
Easter Egg for sure!
Yeah, it was the saddest soggiest bowl of cereal ever. I just loved the image of the poor guy, unemployed, with no prospects at all, eating a soggy sad bowl of cereal while his mother constantly berates him before he slinks back to the basement to play obsolete 2d video games.
Also love the sense of menace that they've created with the Empire. Right from the pristine white uniforms of the ISB probably representing virtue and incorruptible belief in the new order.
To re-inmagining the tie fighters and using that engine scream to make them seem like a vicious deadly bird of prey.
Right down to where we see that Lambda shuttle in the back ground and wondering who is the threat on the shuttle.
I still expect Silas to end up in a white uniform at the end of the season, and all hell to break loose during the heist as its angling to be one of their own betraying them.
There's a real tension to this series.

Did anyone catch this in the background of the last episode?
Spoiler!
Hopefully it means we get to see it Sam Witwer reprise his role. Maybe in his own miniseries. I loved that game. Though it was the first time I saw force powers being crazy powerful.

We also saw Indiana Jones' whip and the Sankara Stones from The Temple of Doom in his shop so that cross over is as likely as yours.
