This was so sudden and unexpected. Judy Tenuta was one of the most memorable comics during that era of Emo Philips, Steven Wright, Louis Anderson, etc. I loved her persona.

Dame Angela Lansbury has passed on at age 96.

The actress was perhaps best known for playing dauntless mystery novelist Jessica Fletcher on CBS' Murder, She Wrote

Between Murder She Wrote and Stephen King novels, I was scared ####less of the state of Maine growing up.

I'm not buying that.

If I'm being honest, I didn't know Angela Lansbury was still alive prior to this news of her death.

She was probably killed by that psycho killer Jessica Fletcher! It's no coincidence people around her were always being murdered...

Right? They would rather her awake and screaming in agony?

Ah ####. I loved that guy. It goes way back to his early work too, especially in Blackadder when he made guest spots. This was just a slightly different character compared to Hagrid.
Brilliant actor. RIP

Three great actors all in one scene, with Hugh Laurie and Rowan Atkinson as well.

Norm!
People forget how brilliant he was in a lot of different types of roles. But he was a scene devorer in the Harry Potter films.
RIP

Really good in the Cracker TV series, and some fun but not so good early 90s comedies - Nuns on the Run, and The Pope Must Die.
