Flames STH relocation for 2022-23

I've never seen so many good seats available as this year. For years Ive been trying to move from row 18 in the greens to row 17 (as close as greens go) but for the first time ever I saw some of the PL rows 1-3 available. Ended up saving $1700 moving to row 2 in PL3 which are great seats

*Edit* - Gave up a great pair S217 R18 in flames attack zone that are great seats.

Seats 17/18, 2 from the end. I'm gonna miss them. Very close to that little bar, in the attack zone for two periods and not too bad to get to the bathroom!

Ah I'm down on the other end - 28-30! I think they're some of the best value seats out there (although the first few rows of the PL are an awesome snag)

Maybe it's me but it looks like there are definitely more seats available compared to previous years. I'm a bit skeptical because in years past the Flames have seemingly "held back" some tickets from relocation, either to attract new people coming off the waitlist, or maybe game packs. But perhaps not this year?


Also, are they continuing to charge a bit of a premium for the "centre ice" seats? I was comparing seats in 225 vs 224 and 225 was a bit higher despite being in the same row.

A decent amount in all areas. I gave up my 220 row 19. The pair next to my other seats in 202 row 19 were available. So now I have a set of 4 in 202 row 19, and set of 3 in 216 row 11.

Not trying to prove anything. Both sides were playing games with 11th hour garbage and it blew up in everyone's faces. This was made worse by the pandemic and supply chain issues pushing costs through the roof to the point where the deal was not even close to what was agreed upon initially.

What exactly is the problem anyway? Your tickets are only going to go up by 30-40% as soon as said new building is open. Enjoy this somewhat (kind of but not really) moderately affordable experience at the dome while it lasts.

Thanks for the heads up. I was in S217 R21 so I snagged that upgrade of 3 rows down.

S217 R21 17-18 now available.

My buddy texted me that he picked up the PL3 row 2 seats... that's when I knew there must be a _lot_ of people giving up their seats this year.

I think with the insane retention bonuses the oil patch has started paying out, there's going to be quite a bit of new demand coming down the pipeline.

Upgraded my seats from Sec 225 R24. Had a pair, but added a third seat to pick up 3 in Sec 225 R16. Not on the aisle any more, though.

Will miss my older seats since I had them right from the beginning of being a season ticket holder.

From how I understand talking to my season ticket rep, is there were a decent few people who gave up seats and ended up getting some seats towards the end of the season for the playoffs. They will lose their seniority in that case, I’d expect

Not with the online system. You need to call in if you want to move again.

Nope. Once you relocate with the online system, you're done. You need to call in afterwards to see what's available.

I can pick again if I want. I exchanged my pair in 220 for another pair in 202, that was right next to my other pair. So I have 4 in a row in 202. After about an hour later I have the option to exchange it again. But it took about an hour to update.

Great section. Lots of good people around. Quick straight shot down to washrooms and concessions. Lots of things to like for green level pricing.
