Things are as bleak for United as they are for Chelsea and Arsenal.

Let's not pretend an EL final makes everything suddenly all right.

Clarify the rules for me (because I am too lazy to look it up) - does this mean 5 English teams in the CL next season?

There surely has to be more coming. The two teams' support combining for only 15% of the stadium?

Quote:
Arsenal and Chelsea have each been allocated just 6,000 tickets for the Europa League final at the 68,700 Olympic Stadium in Baku.

Arsenal said the allocation is "disappointing" and presents the club with "extreme difficulties".

The final takes place on 29 May.

"There will be thousands of fans who have supported the club for years and been part of our Europa League journey this season, who will be unable to attend," Arsenal said.

Liverpool and Tottenham have each been allocated 16,613 tickets for the Champions League final in the 68,000-capacity Wanda Metropolitano stadium in Madrid.

Those allocations are embarrassing, but the EL has to be a joke

That's crazy, they could probably get 6000 fans in just from Arsenal fans within less than a few hours drive

Especially united fans, who have to be cheering hard for spurs I imagine

City likely winning the league and a liverpool CL win would be a worst case scenario

Oh wow. Unprecedented ban, forthcoming...?

Do UEFA have the sack, and political & legal capital to do so?

Isn't the Europa League the NIT?

Remember last year when Griezmann made an absolute clown out of himself to ultimately snub Barca? Good times. Obviously strongly suggests Coutinho is gone though.

yeah, the second season of "la decision" is a real letdown. Out of character and more rushed than GoT.

Bayern putting in perhaps their best performance of the season, a performance worthy of champions. Currently up 5-1 on Frankfurt, the Bundesliga is theirs!

Ribery and Robben have both scored in their final Bundealiga match, Ribery’s goal was sublime

Arsenal have confirmed that Henrikh Mkhitaryan will miss the EL final because his safety can't be guaranteed.

What a disgrace. UEFA should never have given that final to Baku and in all honesty they should be stripped off their Euro 2020 games.

Yeah that’s really ridiculous that a players safety can’t be guaranteed. Supporters have been unhappy with the ~6000 tickets they each get for that final as well and the excuse was basically that they can’t handle more. If you can’t host this, why in the world would it be awarded there?

I wonder who got some oil money under the table. Soccer people just love dealing with scumbags.
