We've been going through Dreamhost for 5 years now, but this last spat of downtime (and our current SLOW load times) are getting a little irritating. Plus we're paying in USD, any suggestions?

P.S. Service, Private Server just a step down from a total dedicated one.
We pay 9.95 for domain registration
About $23 monthly...$120 a year/one time fee on top.
