I think he didn't have his balance with the momentum of the ship taking off across the rails so he just stayed on the ground as there were a lot of forces in play. We all know how easy it is to lose your balance or fall just from the slow-ass C-Train leaving a station if you aren't holding onto something. He probably figured he would get up once the ship stabilized.

What a freaking great show, and especially a great episode. It felt like a finale.

This series has really grown on me, it feels tense and cut throat.

I know it's 2/3 through, but so far Andor is like a 10/10 for me.

Man, Andor has everything.

First arc was The Fugitive.
The second arc was Bank Heist.
The next arc is going to be Prison Break.

And in the background throughout all these arcs, we have the origin story of the Rebel Alliance, not to mention all the other storylines on the Imperial side.

Loving the ISB and Empire related stuff that we don't normally get insight into in other Star Wars shows/properties. Poor Cass just can't catch a break as a tourist.

This show, and Rogue One, have gone farther in developing the overall Star Wars lore, universe and theme, than any of the other products since the original trilogy.

What a masterful use of the source material.

Yup, and it has done more to say that the GFFA had ordinary people that fought and lived and died in the galaxy without being effected by the Force or Jedi or Sith.

Which is important, and that's why I'm hoping that we don't have any hot shots by Vader, or any force users beyond an appearance by Palpatine.

Probably trillions of people have died in the GFFA through its history because of a war or theologies.

But at the hard there were ordinary non force users doing ordinary non force things. Its great to see that covered.

Agreed. It's easily the best SW content I've seen since the Empire Strikes Back. I love the Mandalorian as well, but this show has certainly raised the bar for all future SW series/movies.

Star Wars is on a roll, first the Rise of Skywalker did the impossible. It brought together the people who loved and the people who hated The Last Jedi, where we could all agree that movie sucked.

Much like TRoS we can all agree on Andor. Unlike that movie Andor is a great, A Star Wars 3 part trilogy delivered to us all in a short two month span. Complete with the heroes small adventure at home spurring him onto a bigger adventure away from home. An unexpected and tragic loss in the second act. A return to home where the experiences of the bigger adventure can settle in, and prepare him for the big final battle.

Social media is trying to say Andor is a huge failure.

In my opinion, Andor is doing what has been needed for a long time, actually build the Star Wars Universe... character building...world/universe building... I don't think movies is the way to go any more for Star Wars at least not as the main means for delivering content. Star Wars needs to follow the MCU approach (many shows... then a movie pay off).

I miss the days when you could actually gauge the true reactions to a show on social media. It wasn't that long ago. Now my first instinct is to suspect an agenda-driven campaign to sway opinion or outright tank a show/movie/game/whatever.

Yeah, it does happen. I really liked 'She Hulk' but if I went in blind based only on an IMDB rating there is no way I'd even give it the time of day.

Because there is crap that is made simply to flash across your screen while your eyes gloss over...it is 5/10 crap. People make that stuff. Not likely Marvel...but it happens.

Andor is a very very very good show . it isn't feel good and it isnt packed with theatrics and mythology like other star wars entries but wow it is tense and intelligent and immersive . most mature star wars content ever released and I am in awe of the job they did to expand the lore and cater the content to adults . I didn't even want this show to be made before it came out and would have preferred they focused on mando but I've come around completely and so glad it exists now
