Batch processing, auto bookmarking, auto page labelling, etc - those alone worth 10 times the purchase price of Bluebeam Revu.

I just stumbled upon this thread as I had a similar interrogation.

I knew that Adobe Illustrator could do a great job for HD graphics, vectorial designs, etc.

I didn't think of simply using Ms Office for editing, but it can effectively be a good solution for most users if the rendering doesn't have to be ultra accurate. I have already saved Excel files or Publisher files to PDF format so they can be viewed on any device.

Bluebeam seems great, especially from the features and reviews found here.

Actually I don't use PDFs that often and am a bit cheap so I'll try Soda PDF first for my needs.
