I deleted all old STHS files on my PC and started from scratch. That worked.

I've tried all morning and all evening to get the file to work, re downloading multiple times and it just keeps saying too old. I feel like I've tried everything, anyone have any suggestions?
Finally got it. Kept deleting files and trying again. For some reason it finally worked.
