To clarify the UFA requests, any player who are currently within the CPHL Data base the signings will not be allowed. (i.e. search a player within the CPHL website).
These players will need to wait until the Free Agency period is declared.
Please note, CPHL will respond to each email if the signings were not allowed.
For the players that are not in the system, the signings will be processed.

I know the watchdog is off but is there a limit to roster sizes at this time of year? With these signings, CG appears to have about 600 players on his roster

nope, I once had 75 players in the ECHL, As long as you are legal in Sept, you are good to go.

I had considered just submitting a spreadsheet of all players that are not currently in the CPHL database, with the intention of releasing them all before the season started.
But then I remembered I'd have to sign them all to the AHL and buy them out.
It'd have been fun to beat everyone to every single prospect in the world though.
"And the LA Kings signed 8200 players to ECHL deals today"

he means ahl contracts, I had one draft where I had like 60 picks (2010)

UFA contracts are signed to CPHL deals (Waiver rule is applicable, if the player meets the criteria).
ECHL deals are only for drafted players.
