Your Opinion - A single change..
Long time listener first time caller.
Genuinely interested to gauge wish vs reality on proposed changes to this organization.
IMO it is fair to say that we can't expect to see extensive changes within our love em hate em rogues gallery beginning with ownership and going down to the last waterboy (waterperson?) this offseason.
If that is in fact a reality, what then is the one single change you think would have the most impact for the next season and beyond. Yes back to a wall, choose one change, big or small.

Head coach for me too. There’s a reason the top guys are consistently getting rehired. And i think a “name” guy would be someone who perks up the top players.

Speaking of re-hired...
Since Darryl Sutter, not a single one of the Flames head coaches have been re-hired to an NHL head coaching job post Flames, and I don't expect any ever will
