So I did just have a chat with DAZN and they said that they'll support up to 1080p at 50fps (obviously depends on your internet speeds). They also said they should be supporting surround sound this year, which would be new if true. I'm fairly skeptical of the surround sound part just because most live-streaming sports services seem to have trouble offering it.

Hardwired. I'm skeptical of 1080p @ 50 fps but it's cheaper than Sunday Ticket through the cable providers so I may give them another chance.

I went back through my twitter feed to see how far along in the year I was still bitching at them for their crappy service and it looks like I stopped around October and most others did, too. That said, I think it was still an improvement over 2017, so I'm willing to give them another shot especially because I they've added much more soccer content as well.

I'm going to give it a shot, and hopefully the surround sound works. I love it when watching on TV, the sound makes it very immersive.

Watching the pre-season? I wonder if they have it enabled for pre-season. But that of course would be a great time to work out the kinks..
