From a Spurs fan that is rich.

You're just bitter that the diveyist team in England is getting schooled by the masters.

You mean masters like Suarez who learned the trade well in Liverpool of course.

Overall, not the worst showing from Spurs. A comical first goal against, world class second and then Messi scores two of his at least 4-5 opportunities. Kane scores a nice goal and for a bit we were almost back in it. Tough road through now as we have to beat PSV twice, and Inter as well.

Suarez probably dived out of his mother's womb.

I'd have thought he chewed his way out.

Looks like Monaco are going to appoint Thierry Henry as their new manager.

If he wants the arsenal job, good for him to get some experience

Gonna be strange in 5 years when henry, gerrard, lampard, and giggs are all managing teams

lol, those idiots at Bayern are losing their ####. Hoeneß, Rummenigge and Salihamidzic called a press conference today where they pretty much ranted an hour about their treatment by the media, calling the criticism of their performances "derisive" and "disrespectful". Hoeneß also stressed the importance of "dignity".

The double standards are remarkable of course. Not only is it fascinating to see convicted criminals like them talking about values, but also Hoeneß - just moments after asking for "dignity" of players - ripped Juan Bernat to shreds. And then there was the most fascinating quote of the day, when Hoeneß was asked about his comments regarding Özil ("he has played like filth for years"): "I should have said crap, not filth".

https://www.theguardian.com/football...sive-reporting

what a likeable bunch, as usual.

According to the stats Man City had 98% possession at the 10 minute mark. Can't even imagine what 2% possession looks like.

United shouldn't still be in this game. Juve is on an entirely different level.

Maybe he just really wants that new contract.

Mourinho should get Chong on at some point. No risk no fun ... and who knows, could have a Macheda/Rashford moment.

I can watch the game because of fascist television networks, but are United seriously getting bossed at Old Trafford? I'm seeing that possession is 66-34 for Juve and shots are 12-1 (<-that cant be right).

Well first half was textbook Mourinho bus, they've at least opened it up more in the second half, but they just don't have the quality to trouble Juventus backline much. Lukaku has had a really poor season coming off the World Cup in particular.

what exactly is surprising to you? Juventus is at the very least a top 5 side in Europe.

How? How can Martial, Lukaku and Rashford all be hot garbage while being backed up by Matic, Mata and Pogba?

Sorry, I dont see that as a lack of quality players.

Albeit, the Old Lady has a pretty solid back 4.

Its really weird not having Buffon back there.

I mean I'm watching them in the final third and they are struggling to create anything of consequence. Sure there is talent but it is not clicking right now.

A little surprised we haven't seen The People's Elbow yet though. Surely this game is crying out for him.
