Note that on ticketsnow there is also a markup to the price shown. I just got a ticket for $322 that included a $70 service charge. I guess that goes to pay for Monny's salary etc......

Lots available still, mildly pricey.

I'd be happy to say no one is allowed to buy/sell above face value if no one was allowed to buy/sell below face value. If you don't want to pay a premium during the playoffs you have to pay above market value during the year, and you have to do the transaction. You don't want to go to a Sunday Nashville game? Well, you pay a premium for selecting the one playoff game you do want to go to. If people are able to buy heavily discounted during the lower interest games during bad years, they have to be willing to pay higher prices for premium games during great years. That's simple supply and demand.
Totally agree. Was a STH for many years, then moved (mostly) to BC - I ended up giving up my tickets as I couldn't sell enough to justify them. The "off-games" people just never wanted to pay for. Easy to sell for a Toronto, Vancouver etc game - never mind the day - but Minny on a Wednesday night? No takers - or only at a super-cheap price.

Now I'm paying a premium to go to a playoff game because I don't have 'em anymore. But it is STILL cheaper than owning seasons at the number of games I can go to. (2013: 1)

I appreciated one of the scalpers at the C-train; he gave me as good value as he could most of the time, and when I wanted better ones he discounted them for me. Not a bad tradeoff.

Damnit. I just missed a call from the saddledome. No idea who. No voicemail. Called the number and it's the main switch board.

Did anyone else get a call?
What does this mean?!!

I'm sorry, but $70 is not a "service charge" Ticketsnow... call it a commission or a buyer's fee but don't pretend it's just an extra charge on top of the price if your ticket. This isn't an airport

I just received a call. If you are a hot house member, they call you to offer you seats at the lofts between the 2nd and 3rd bowl for the playoff games. The cost is $500/seat, and it includes food and drink along with the seats to watch the game. I turned the offer down just because i would prefer a regular seat (and lower price). Unfortunately, regular seats were not offered...

There were tons of tickets left when I went on to purchase ours.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot of singles available tomorrow at noon.

Some restaurant level tickets, lots of lower bowl, and lots of 2nd bowl in the first 10 rows. Also a lot of PL tickets above Row 10.

That explains why there is the discrepancy between StubHub and the Exchange I posted about earlier.

So they are about the same.

It also explains why StubHub advertises one all inclusive price.

It's kinda cheesy though, for ticketsnow not to show the full price. I actually hesitated before purchasing. Not very long though. I wanna go so the finger bent.

Having just looked at malcomk14's post of prices, the one I got was $237 cost, sold to me at $322 - not too bad really. Just the extra (hidden) $70 ticked me off.
