He'll find Jesus like Ben and it'll all be forgotten when he leads New England to their next dynasty.

Watson clearly has a serious massage fetish problem. Regardless of what the NFL does he needs help.

So either you think no one would touch him if he were available (we know that's not true), or the NFL is going to ban him for life (which is never happening). He will absolutely be playing NFL football again, almost certainly this coming year. And the climate might be different, but what Ben did was significantly worse and he skated.

Because the allegations are bad enough that the NFL will do something simply for appearances sake. Zeke got six games and what was out there about him isn't close to what there is for Deshaun.

It seems there needs to be a little more to warrant a suspension. Are these women even coming forward willingly or being coerced by this shady lawyer? It seems suspicious that they are all going to this one lawyer and by doing so can’t go to the police because of his weird conflicts with the police. It mentions that he contacted at least some of these masseuses through Instagram. I’m not sure that is where legitimate massage therapists market themselves. A quick Instagram search for masseuses brings up a bunch of scantily clad women offering discreet in home massage services.

Yeah the Instagram "Masseuses" come with a few .... expectations
Conflict of interest with Police - HAHAH. Yeah the Police don't look fondly of women selling sexual services over social media

Yeah this whole thing is getting a very sketchy vibe to it.
I suppose he would be guilty of solicitation, but would the women not be as well?
This is why prostitution not being legal is one of the stupidest things still going on in western society.
Make it legal, make it safer for BOTH parties in any transaction, severely limit human traffickers, give the workers options for help they may need and options to get out of the industry, and lower crimes associated with it.
Otherwise, and as it appears this case is heading, you get a good old shakedown (or much worse) happening.
What any adult chooses to do with their own body or with who, should not be anybody elses business and particularly the government who continue to criminalize it.
It's nanny state BS.

It's the same with marijuana in the states. It's incredibly outdated that these things are still illegal, the sport leagues have to subject to them still although the general public partakes in it (discretely) with no general harm.

The refusal by the attorney tp provide evidence to the police is sure sketchy. But Buzbee's reputation was sketchy long before this situation, we know justice is not his pursuit here.
But I'm not naive enough to believe that Watson's behavior with these women has been decent. It's fine to say "two consenting adults" but I'd say it's highly unlikely all these women were in a good situation.

No a few sound like it was very uncomfortable and disgusting. Watson clearly has an 'expectation' for what a massage is when you order on Instagram - Happy ending.
I would guess there are lot of scantily clad but no 'happy ended' instagram masseuses , and just as many 'happy ending' ones.
But I laugh/cringe at the girl who went back multiple times and then took part in this lawsuit. Clearly it wasn't an issue if you came back again.

The Seattle Seahawks are giving wide receiver Tyler Lockett a four-year, $69.2 million contract extension that includes $37 million guaranteed, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Even McShay now has the niners going with Mac Jones
Quote:
The Niners sacrificed first-rounders over the next two years and then some to skip the line. Which player did they do it for? Coach Kyle Shanahan surely has his guy in mind already, and it's going to be a QB -- teams don't make these types of massive early deals for non-QBs. I'm hearing a lot of noise about Jones being the 49ers' preference. He is accurate and reads the field so well, which helps assuage mobility concerns. Plus, he excels when passing in the pocket or off play-action, two staples of Shanahan's system. San Francisco paid a hefty price, but quarterback was in need of an upgrade. Now it just has to hope it selects the right one.

Huh.

^ not a bad deal for Carolina. A change of scenery for Darnold could do him good. And, they aren’t overpaying for Watson.

Considering five QBs could be gone by the time they pick it's not a bad play for the Panthers to take a flier on Darnold. If he is simply "Jets'd" then he can still be a decent starter, and if he just sucks you'll be picking high next year.
