Just recently bought two cans of Baxters Soup. I think they are available at most grocery stores, but I'm pretty sure I got them at Co Op. I eat soup quite often at work for lunch and they were on sale, so I figured I would give them a try as I hadn't even noticed them before.
All I can say is wow. These soups are incredible. Normally, canned soup tastes like, well, canned soup. But these tasted like I just made them from scratch myself. I can't get over how fresh and flavourful they are. I tried the
Carrot & Butter Bean and the
Lentil & Smokey Bacon.
If you haven't tried them, I would suggest you do if you like soup. Very, very good.
