Big 2 points on the line here. Both teams battling for a better draft pick. Will we see both teams with empty nets throughout the game?!

I’m a big fan of Levi so I hope he starts tonight. I’m not going to watch a whole Buffalo game if they aren’t playing Calgary. At this point of the year I almost find myself wanting him to play lights out… but I still can’t…

If you were ever to cheer for a Flames loss, this would be the game I suppose.

This should be a good uniform matchup. I do like that classic Sabres kit with the Blue and gold. The Flames classic home and road both look good to me. So that will be something to enjoy.
I expect Buffalo to respond after a disastrous third in their last game. If they win tonight, I don't think the Flames will be climbing back over them this season in the standings.

Playoff hopes are 'almost' extinguished?
I thought those were dead and buried a while back.

The Fat lady sang, changed and is currently having a glass of wine and some Chicken Parmesan at the restaurant across the street.

Can we do....the 5 D-man powerplay? It cant possibly be worse than what we've got going on now.
Or sign Savard to some sort of emergency contract, slap a helmet and some skates on him and get him out there.

Was talking about the league setup for playoffs with a buddy yesterday and how they could incentivize points in the last 20 games or so when a third of the teams know they aren’t making the playoffs and their games become meaningless.
Maybe a second tourney for the first overall pick would encourage teams to remain competitive rather than a race for the bottom.

What will the Flames’ blueline look like in 2024-25? Let’s go through the players that are likely to return to the team next season and see how they could fit in.

The Flames have a lot of young defenders in the system but I think they are going to have to bring in a vet to help bring the gap until they are ready.
Weegar and Anderson being the remaining vets. I think Kylington and Pachal are ready for a regular shift. Seems like they like Miromianov as well. After that there’s a ledge.

Again and again. We should have fired him 4-5 years ago.
Maybe his dad was giving Edwards huge Boston Pizza Discounts to keep his boy around?

The true crime was to allow him to continue to destroy the franchise with the Huberdeau and Kadri/Monahan signings
