The players probably got in early morning Monday after a long road trip. Does have the feeling of a trap game, but who knows with Sutter behind the bench.

17-18 and 19-20 Flames had great road records, but suffered at home for some reason. So far this year they've looked better on the road, but have a small home sample size. Playing well at home might be the last question mark this team has to answer this year, so tonight is a big game to resolve those doubts.
3-1-3 looks a whole lot better than 2-2-3 if they lose.
