If I call during the day, can I speak to someone in Canada?

After talking with "Bob" the Tech Support Manager from India, my head severely hurts to the point of wanting to cancel my account. Even getting the direct phone number for the cancellation department was a f'ing nightmare.

Called a few times and to my knowledge the person was not in india. Usually called at night though.

If worse comes to worse ask to talk to "customer retention" or whatever they call it. If you say you are so unhappy with the lack of help they may credit your account for a month of service. Of course this won't actually fix whatever problem you are having but at least you'll get free stuff out of the deal. Our remote broke and after they tried to charge us for it we talked the customer retention and they express posted it to us free of charge and it arrived in like 2 days.

If you pick the French option, you'll get someone in Canada. I understand they're all bi-lingual, so you should be good.

ExpressVu service is brutal. If there was something as good out there, I would of switched by now. I've have many, many, bad encounters with their support people.
