AlphaTauri looks good through two practice sessions.

I'm sure they will take engine penalties to mess up the pool.

Meh, this season alone it's been tit for tat on the political side of the season. They've gone easy on both mercs and RB for some stuff.

Yep, this track is gonna suck. I think it's gonna be worse than Hungary for passing. Theres not a single heavy braking zone on the entire lap. Turn 1 needed to be a very sharp hair pin like Bahrain not a late apex.

The only thing to hope for is very high tire deg, but they're running the hardest compounds.

Saudia looks like trash too if the F1 2021 sim is to be believed.

Well it sure looks like this season is over. Merc gonna crush red bull. I wouldn’t be surprised if a win in the final race for Max won’t even be enough. He’ll need to win and have Lewis finish at least 3rd.

The only hope is if that Merc rear wing is illegal.

Of course, Max would have had an even bigger championship point lead if it weren’t for an exploding tire (Baku), and by being crashed out by Hamilton (Silverstone) and Bottas (Hungary).

I do think Mercedes have a new spec wing to give them a much faster pace, and it doesn’t surprise me in the least that there are some shenanigans going on.

Yeah when the dust settles and if (when) RB loses, the focus will be on the missed opportunities. Lewis has led hardly any laps compared to max, has only a few pole positions and for most of the season the RB was the dominant car.

Could be even worse news for RB
