A Bruins Blues final would be awesome. Two of the best jerseys in the league

Don’t like either team but St. Louis is less annoying so go Blues.

This can go either way, but somehow I feel good about the Sharks chances. They have a lot of fight in them this year.

Superior goaltending and defense often wins in the playoffs. Check for the Blues. San Jose has more offensive firepower, but the Blues continue to score enough to go along with their defense. The Blues are the most balanced team left in the playoffs besides Boston. San Jose has eeked their way past two teams, and have relied on a bit of luck/help from the officials in game 7s to propel them to the next round. I suspect that luck runs out against the disciplined Blues. St. Louis on the other hand has played lights out hockey since the new year, and got past a very good team in the Jets, and god mode Ben Bishop and the New Jersey Devils, Minnesota Wild, Dallas Stars to get here. Blues have had a tougher road so far.
St. Louis in 6.

I hope the Blues win, but a SJ (Thornton) vs Boston final would have a nice storyline. Thornton meeting his draft team in the finals in the twilight of his career.... (Not counting out Carolina either though).

It's not like the Sharks had an easy time with the Avs and the Blues are a much more complete team. The back to back 7 game series is probably going to start taking it's toll on an older Sharks team so I'm going to take the Blues in 6.

What about the other storyline - Hamilton vs Bouwmeester?

I'm routing for the Sharks now. I have a huge soft spot for Big Joe and Brent Burns. I think it's probably going to be a Boston vs. San Jose final.

Blues look like the slightly deeper team overall and I think they take the series in 6 games.

Really close series on paper, at least as long as both goalies continue doing what they've been doing.
I'll root for the Sharks. If they win, then it's either Sharks / Canes or Sharks / Bruins. If it's the former, I'm kind of okay either way with whoever wins - both are feel good stories. If it's Sharks Bruins, then ohhhh yes please Joe, beat Boston for the Cup to bring things full circle and cap off your career.

Go Blues.
Only remaining team from the 1967 expansion that has yet to win a Stanley Cup, even though they've been a pretty good franchise for pretty much their entire history in the NHL.
Plus it was awesome when the fans sang "Take Me Home, Country Roads" during the game last night, and North American sports needs more fun team songs like that one.
