Never a fan of a ko'ed fighter getting a rematch not one that was dominated... but given the she build the division and made the company and boat load of money have zero issues that she's earned if she can recover quick enough.
My problem would be Tate, she doesn't deserve the fight before Cat, everyone realizes that Cat's fight was just getting caught. Tate couldn't and would never beat Cat as Cat way ahead of the rest of the division along with Rousey (before last last)
But thats just my opinion and means jack squat

I always laugh at the comments about Dana/UFC suffering when a champ loses. At this point Zuffa are hype machines and known how to build stars. Remember the posts how the UFC is going to suffer when GSP retired, Silva lost etc etc? New stars emerged, new stars will continue to emerge. While those guys left Ronda Rousey and Connor Mcgregor dominated the ppv market like those before them.
In meantime the rematch will be huge dollars for the UFC and Ronda is still a bonafide star.
Well the reason I think that the UFC suffers is because I don’t think Holm can sell PPVs the same way. I think we have seen that with Weidman as well compared to Anderson Silva. Connor can sell fights at this point, but if he gets beat up and exposed by Aldo then his draw probably decreases as well. Will people pay $60 to see Rousey fight say Zingano or Tate with no title involved? Will they pay $60 to see Holm defend against Tate or Zingano? Maybe, but probably a smaller audience is my guess.
Then you have other fighters who are going to be very interested in what Ronda gets paid. I saw one tweet about a guy saying 'so now Rousey gets the $5k Reebok sponsorship when she fights?' kind of thing. Interesting impacts from this fight.

I think its even odds that we don't see Rousey for a loooonnnnggg time, Besides having three upcoming movies, and probably an open WWE offer, she has to think
Her legacy is wrecked if she goes in and looses again
Can she change her style to deal with someone with that kind of inside style.
Rousey is a bull rusher and we saw that during the fight she got immolated.
I would bet money that in the next week Rhonda does a St. Pierre

^ apparently she is taking off until about UFC 200 at this point. Betting opened on the rematch and still has Rousey as the favorite, albeit less so than what she was for this match.

She has to think, about what?
An open WWE offer means crap while he's under contract to the UFC. She'll be back, probably at UFC 200. She was due for time off, a loooooooong time off regardless of the outcome of this fight. Ronda has been a very active fighter, a very active champion. She's fought 7 times since joining the UFC in February of 2013.
Champions like Jose Aldo, Chris Weidman and Fabrico Werdum have fought 4 times in the same span, Cain Valesquez twice.
She's 28, she has taken little damage in all her fights before the weekend. She's due for a break but some of you overreact when evaluating the future of fighters.
