Also a reminder that this country's governing body has not decided, or provided any further communication on, the post game incident June 4 vs Forge. 35 days, though it took them 9 days after the incident to say they were looking into it.

Truly a disgrace of an organization trusted to run and direct the future of soccer in this country.

In other news, CPL transfer window opens tomorrow I believe. Will Spruce have Pogba shirts ready in time for Wed?

Could he crack the lineup though? They’re basically running the table, so he probably wouldn’t be willing to play second fiddle!

If anyone is looking to get some "cheaper" seats, about 30 of the $63 seats in 106 have been released. Really hard to get a read on how much has been sold with how the team holds seats back, then releases them, then shifts them from general sales to game packs, etc. Best guess, probably 5200-5300 range.

For those in the South, just found out there will be a bus from Kildare's as well. I don't think that bus has been full yet.

Have they installed floodlights yet? Not that they'll be absolutely essential tomorrow (sunset not officially until 21:50, but it could start getting a bit dim if overcast), but there are quite a few evening matches in the fall season where they'll be necessary.

I was last there on June 22nd, and I don't recall seeing anything, but wasn't exactly looking either.

My plan is to move from my seats under the canopy to the supporters section, even just to stand - gotta do my duty to populate that side and join in with the Foot Soldiers.

The Canadian Championship requires that each team start at least four Canadians. While both clubs can easily do this, it means that we are likely to see some players that may not get as many Major League Soccer minutes. Included in that is Russell Teibert, who has the most Canadian Championship appearances, with 23. The next closest is Jonathan Osorio and Eddie Edward, each with 18.

While Ali Adnan is available for this match, we might still see Brett Levis suit up to meet that four-player quota. However, with Derek Cornelius, Doneil Henry, Maxime Crepeau, and some of the other youngsters available, Levis might sit this one out.

Fredy Montero picked up a red card at the end of the LAFC match on the weekend, so he will be unavailable for this Saturday’s match against Sporting Kansas City. This might mean that we see him suit up for Wednesday’s match. More likely though is that Bair gets a start.

Michael Baldismo and Simon Colyn could also suit up for the Whitecaps. Not sure if we will see them, but hopefully we do.

When teams rotate a lot its disrespectful to the competition.

It sounds like the Whitecaps won't water down their roster to heavily.
