Ducks announce signing of RFA right wing Ondrej Kase to three-year contract. Hearing it's worth $7.8 million total. $2.6M AAV.

Yes only one break out year as a sample size, but I believe this player will outplay this contract. Good signing.

Yeah, this is a good deal. Kase is a very good player already and worth every bit of this right now, unlike a few others that have signed their deals (hello Brady Skjei & Christian Dvorak, oh, almost forgot Tom Wilson LOL the worst of the three).

Compared to the recently signed Dvorak deal in Arizona this is a great contract in term and AAV. Chayka really got taken to the cleaners on that brutal deal.
